This is the five-hectare memorial garden development-pilot project of the Porta Caeli Realty and Development Company, located in Mangilala, Tantangan, South Cotabato which is founded on November 2013. 

Porta Caeli Realty itself seeks to develop premier memorial parks initially in the entire Sultan Kudarat, and the SOCSARGEN (South Cotabato, Sarangani and General Santos City) region. It aims to be the leading memorial park developer in the country by creating landmarks in the Region. Its ideology is anchored on the etymology of it company name Porta (doorway) and Caeli (Heaven) to connote blessing not only to the company but extend to the clients and communities.
